Wolfhart Pentz, based in Berlin, is Head of Egon Zehnder’s Executive Assessment and Development Practice in Germany and is deeply experienced in leadership coaching and development, organization design, capability building, and cultural transformation. He provides a full range of services including leadership development, talent strategy consulting, management appraisals, and team effectiveness consulting.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Wolfhart was a Senior Expert with McKinsey & Company, based in Berlin, serving as a member of the Mindsets & Capabilities practice and of the McKinsey Center for Asian Leadership (MCAL). With McKinsey, Wolfhart served clients across a wide range of industries including telecom, financial services, high tech, automotive, pharma, manufacturing, and chemicals. Projects included developing management teams (individual and team coaching, team building); design and delivery of large cultural transformation programs; conducting leadership skill assessments for managers in Europe and Asia; and conducting “Top-Team Alignment” workshops for strategy implementation.

Wolfhart earned a PhD in social history from Humboldt University Berlin, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard, and a Master in Religious Studies and Philosophy at Free University of Berlin. He is certified for MBTI, Hogan, and EQIi instruments.
