Before joining Egon Zehnder, Vishal served as Vice President and Global Head of Customer Innovation & Strategy at Hortonworks. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in numerous companies, including as SAP, A.T. Kearney, and American Airlines.
Vishal has a Bachelor of Engineering in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Master of Science in computer science from the University of North Texas, and an MBA at the McCombs School of Business of the University of Texas at Austin. When not working, he loves to cook and spend time with his wife and two daughters.
