Calvin Yee, based in New York and Los Angeles, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Digital and Media, Entertainment & Sports practices while also serving clients in the luxury and consumer space. His clients include established companies with a genuine appetite for transformation and “disrupters” that innovate and change consumer behavior. A certified executive coach and member of the firm’s U.S. Diversity and Inclusion Council, he also conducts management appraisals and advises clients on organizational effectiveness, team effectiveness, and leadership development.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Calvin held leadership roles at several consulting firms, where he helped senior leaders and their teams drive organizational change. He has also invested in, advised, and served on the boards of small to midsize early-stage companies in growth sectors.
Calvin earned a BA and a Master of Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. As the father of a young boy, he is passionate about educational reform.
