Anke Weidling, based in Berlin, is a Senior Expert of Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory team in Germany. As a long-standing consultant, executive trainer and management coach, she designs, delivers and evaluates change and development programs for individuals, teams and organizations.

I find it fascinating to identify the strengths and potentials of individuals, teams and organizations. Times of change and transition are opportunities for all of us to learn more about what really drives us.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anke was a partner and cofounder of WITOS, a Berlin-based consultancy specialized in human resource and organizational development. Serving clients across all industries and from the automotive and banking sector in particular, her projects included delivering leadership trainings, developing management teams as well as designing and delivering transformation journeys. Earlier, she was an organizational development and human resources specialist at Deutsche Kreditbank AG in Berlin. Anke began her career at the INFORA consulting firm, focusing on business process engineering for the public sector.

Anke earned a Master’s in psychology from the Free University of Berlin. She is a certified organizational development consultant, trained executive coach, accredited intercultural trainer, and certified practitioner of positive psychology. Anke is trained in psychodrama and used to be an assistant at THE PSYCHODRAMA TRAINING INSTITUTE in New York City. She also co-authored a book that provides empathetic support for expatriates and their families.

Anke Weidling ist Mitglied des Leadership Advisory Teams von Egon Zehnder und verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Team- und Organisationsentwicklung, kulturelle Transformation und Coaching. Als Organisationsentwicklungsberaterin begleitet sie Transformationsprozesse in Klientenorganisationen über alle Industrien hinweg und unterstützt korrespondierende Lern- und Entwicklungsprozesse von Leitungsteams.

Anke Weidling hat an der Freien Universität Berlin ihr Diplom in Psychologie erworben. Ihre berufliche Laufbahn begann sie bei der Unternehmensberatung INFORA, die sich auf Prozessoptimierung für den öffentlichen Sektor spezialisiert hat. Später arbeitete sie bei der Deutschen Kreditbank als Spezialistin für Organisationsentwicklung und Human Resources. Bevor sie zu Egon Zehnder kam, war sie selbstständig als Unternehmensberaterin mit den Schwerpunkten Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung tätig.

Anke Weidling ist zertifizierte Organisationsentwicklungsberaterin, ausgebildeter Coach, akkreditierte interkulturelle Trainerin und zertifizierte Beraterin der Positiven Psychologie. Zu ihren Schlüsselprojekten gehören Steigerung von Wachstum und Innovation durch organisationale Transformation, Implementierung eines neuen Performance Management & Development-Prozesses.
