Based in São Paulo, Lissa Schreurs leads the Consumer practice in Brazil, covering the retail, consumer goods, and media sectors. She is also heavily involved in Egon Zehnder’s Digital and Technology practices. She is dedicated to supporting clients in building high-performance teams, known for her insightful and in-depth approach. Lissa leads projects in succession planning, executive search and development, and assessments for boards and leadership teams.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Lissa developed her career in corporate finance and strategy roles. She worked at Mercado Livre as Investor Relations Officer, in addition to leading the financial planning team in Brazil. Prior to that, she worked at Diageo, where she held various roles, starting in FP&A and advancing to commercial strategy. Lissa began her career at Booz & Company, where she supported clients in the Retail, Technology, and Media sectors, focusing on long-term strategy and organizational transformation.
Lissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from Yale University in the United States.
