Based in São Paulo, Lissa Schreurs is active in Egon Zehnder’s Digital, Technology & Communications, and Consumer practices. She is passionate about helping clients build strong management teams and valued for her insightful approach. Lissa is in her element when it comes to designing plans for leadership development, discussing ESG strategy, and advancing diversity and inclusion.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Lissa was with Mercado Libre as an Investor Relations Officer after leading its financial planning team in Brazil. Previously she was with Diageo, where she held several roles, starting in commercial finance and FP&A and advancing to revenue management and sales strategy. Lissa began her career as a strategy consultant with Booz & Co., where she supported clients as a member of the technology and communications and consumer practices, focusing mainly on long-term strategy and organizational change.
Lissa earned a BA from Yale University with a double major in economics and history. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and practicing yoga, reading biographies, and traveling with friends.
