Our Brazilian practice, founded in Sao Paulo in 1975, was our first foray into the Americas. We serve Brazil’s global conglomerates as well as the industrial, financial services, consumer, digital, retail, media, services, and health industries. We also work with the Brazilian subsidiaries and divisions of multinational corporations.
Our 16 consultants and 39 professional and support staff in Brazil offer a broad range of leadership advisory services, including management appraisals, executive development, team interventions and board reviews. The Brazilian team brings distinctive expertise in identifying talent and supporting senior leadership development and succession planning. We also cater to the C-suite needs of our clients, whether it’s a family business with global ambitions in need of international executive talent or a foreign company interested in expanding its local presence.
