Before joining Egon Zehnder, Isabelle was a consultant and recruiting manager at McKinsey & Company in Belgium and Chicago. Earlier, she was a research fellow at the University of Chicago.
Isabelle earned an MA and a PhD in physics from the Université libre de Bruxelles, in Belgium. A devoted mother of four children, she is a runner and fitness buff. Family time, evenings out with her partner, and vacations are very important to her.
