My passion is helping leaders find and pursue their own paths and achieve their dreams and aspirations for themselves, their companies, and their communities.
Before coming to Egon Zehnder, Carolina was a Partner at EY Mexico, where she specialized in designing and implementing transformation projects, redesigning operating models, and addressing talent management issues. Earlier, she was a Partner at Deloitte as a member of its Strategy and Operations Group, working in the U.S. practice for more than three years.
Carolina earned a BS in mechanical and electrical engineering from Anáhuac University, in Mexico City, and then both a master’s in management science and engineering and a master’s in political science from Stanford University.
