Life is too complex to be looked at from only one angle. What keeps me ticking every day is helping leaders navigate the jungle and discover and unleash the talent in themselves and others.

Earlier, he led corporate strategy departments at Allianz, Dresdner Bank, and AXA, and advised multinational clients on corporate finance and M&A transactions. Caspar began his career as a credit analyst at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt.
