Life is too complex to be looked at from only one angle. What keeps me ticking every day is helping leaders navigate the jungle and discover and unleash the talent in themselves and others.

Before joining Egon Zehnder’s team, Caspar was the European Managing Director of CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project), which works with shareholders and companies to disclose the greenhouse gas emissions of major corporations. Earlier, he led corporate strategy departments at Allianz, Dresdner Bank, and AXA and advised multinational clients on corporate finance and M&A transactions. Caspar began his career at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt as a credit analyst.

Caspar earned an MA in history, American studies, and drama from the University of Munich and an MSc in international relations from the London School of Economics. He cofounded the Fundación Arco Iris, which strives to improve the situation of marginalized children and young people in La Paz, Bolivia.
