We are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear partner, colleague, and friend, Lee Wrubel.
Lee spent nine years at Egon Zehnder. He joined us after a distinguished career as a venture capitalist. Based out of New York, he served as global co-leader of our Global Healthcare Research and Development practice.
He will be remembered not only for his professional accomplishments but also for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to improving the lives of others. Lee served on the advisory board of the Eugene Lang Center for Entrepreneurship at Columbia Business School and was a founder of the Coalition to Cure Calpain 3, a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research into calpainopathy, a rare form of muscular dystrophy. Lee's legacy will continue to resonate within Egon Zehnder and the broader community he served so passionately.
