What We Do

Executive Development

As the business world grows more complex, leaders need to be better equipped to deal with the rising daily issues within their organizations to successfully drive their business’s agenda for transformation. Leadership today requires one’s whole self, emphasizing the emotional and human aspects of management as much as the strategic and problem-solving ones. As such, we believe the method of executive development is to embrace their need to grow from the inside out. But gaining this full understanding in the rigor of day-to-day demands is hard work.

We have formalized an exclusive strategic partnership with Mobius Executive Leadership. Our firms’ combined expertise as preeminent executive development experts is based around our shared belief that great leaders can steer their organizations to extraordinary outcomes. Our purpose and goal is to enable today’s executives to transform into tomorrow’s world-changing leaders.

Egon Zehnder’s approach to Executive Development

Based on experiential learning, and focused on personal growth and the evolution of personal identity, Mobius and Egon Zehnder co-created three executive development programs for transformative growth. These programs share common frameworks, but are unique to your current echelon on your development journey.

The programs share a common framework, built around WINNING FROM WITHIN: A BREAKTHROUGH METHOD FOR LEADING, LIVING AND LASTING CHANGE®, the New York Times best-selling leadership book by Mobius’s Chief Thought Leader, Erica Ariel Fox. The book synthesizes her 20 years of research conducted at Harvard Law School and her global experience of executive development. Considered a seminal work in leadership and executive development, the book’s approach targets blind spots found in even the most senior of leaders.

Guided by expert faculty, the course explores the root causes of each leader’s most critical performance gap, the disconnect between one’s optimized skills, and their actual behavior in a challenging situation. Leaders learn who they are when they are operating at their best, compared with their “everyday” selves, and figure out how to close that gap.

The Winning from Within® approach correlates with Egon Zehnder’s proprietary Potential model of executive development. This is a proven assessment tool that gauges and quantifies the probability of a long-term leadership trajectory for leaders to succeed in future roles.

Both models are used to assess where a leader is today, who they can become, and also help them discover how they can achieve their best.
