Amy Son, based in Seoul, focuses on senior-level executive searches as well as leadership assessment and development. She is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services, Consumer, High-Tech and Professional Services practices. Amy also helps clients meet functional leadership challenges especially in the areas of general management, commercial, marketing and human resources.

I’m passionate about providing leadership solutions that improve companies’ governance structure and help them become respected world-class organizations.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Amy worked at AIA, where she focused on restructuring and transforming its organization. Prior to that, as Senior Manager at DKV (ERGO), she built a new subsidiary in South Korea. Amy launched her career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where she was involved in a wide range of projects for domestic and international clients.

Amy earned a BS in political science and diplomacy from Yonsei University and an MBA in arts and cultural management from Hongik University. She describes herself as a well-organized person and is an avid reader.
