The IMD–Egon Zehnder Board Summit is an immersive, three-day program designed for board chairs and non-executive directors of large, internationally listed and privately-owned corporations. Jointly developed by IMD and Egon Zehnder, the summit equips participants to confront the most critical governance questions facing boards today, combining rigorous insight with practical, experience-based dialogue and personal growth formats.

Participation is limited to one board member per company to ensure confidentiality and a variety of perspectives. Seats are limited.
