Celebrating Pride

Together, we are shaping a better world where every individual can proudly be their true self.

Companies should be asking if they are doing enough about LGBTQ+ inclusion. If we unlock our human and collective potential, then businesses grow.

Celebrating Pride

To all our employees, clients, friends, and family members who belong to and are allies of the LGBTQ+ community globally: We celebrate you. Together, we are shaping a better world where every individual can proudly be their true self. At Egon Zehnder, we embrace difference as one of our core values and are deeply passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential to grow and thrive.

While we have much to celebrate this Pride Month, the work to support and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community continues all year long. In the last couple of years, we made important strides toward that by establishing a partnership with Out Leadership to promote LGBTQ+ representation at senior levels of businesses and by creating ez+, a global network to celebrate, support, empower and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community within Egon Zehnder. In 2022, we also earned, for the second consecutive year, the “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality” accreditation by the Human Rights Campaign.

As Egon Zehnder continues to push ourselves further in this journey, we reassure all our LGBTQ+ members and allies of our strongest commitment to keep working for representation and inclusion across the board. Happy Pride!
