Chaneice Brown, based in Chicago, is deeply experienced in consumer packaged goods and omni-channel retail, luxury and apparel. She advises global consumer organizations on leadership development and talent strategy related to CEO succession as well as leadership roles in merchandising, marketing, e-commerce/digital strategy, data analytics, and operations. She also co-leads Egon Zehnder’s North American Diversity and Inclusion Council.


Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chaneice was a Vice President for research and analytics leader, at IRI where she was focused on strategic transformation through market insights. As a Divisional Vice President of Strategy with Sears Holdings Corporation, she was responsible for driving corporate strategic initiatives, new service and format innovation, and held general management as well as P&L responsibilities. At McKinsey & Company, she was a consultant advising large clients in the consumer packaged goods and retail sectors on a variety of strategic, operational, and marketing/branding topics. Chaneice also led McKinsey’s global diversity recruiting efforts.

Chaneice earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan where she remains active serving on the Ross Business School BBA Advisory Board. She earned her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where she continues her work with admissions, fundraising and conference speaking engagements with the Kellogg Black Management Association.
