Inge Berneke, based in Copenhagen, advises international clients in the Industry and Services sectors across all aspects of talent management, from succession planning and executive search to management appraisals and leadership development.


Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Inge worked for TeliaSonera and Orange leading the commercial integration following Telia’s acquisition of Orange Denmark. Inge was previously Head of Product Management and Head of Programme Office in Orange Denmark and joined Orange's international HQ in London following her MBA and a year in consulting with Accenture. Inge started her career in a different setting as diplomat in the Danish Foreign Service.

Inge is an active speaker on executive development, career transition and diversity and inclusion. In 2010, Inge published a book on female executives' career development.

Inge studied Political Science at the University of Copenhagen and Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris. She also has an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
