Juan began his career with Egon Zehnder in Buenos Aires and served as office leader there for 8 years before transferring to Brazil. Beyond executive search, Juan has significant experience in leading and conducting management appraisals, having led both regional and global assignments from Buenos Aires. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Juan was Real Estate Project Manager at YPF South America, based in Buenos Aires and responsible for planning and acquiring the real estate for the roll-out of a new company-owned service station network. Previously, Juan was Chemical Sector Foreign Trade & Purchasing Manager with Bunge & Born Group, based in Buenos Aires, where he developed commercial export markets for a group of chemical and agrichemical producing companies and managed their purchasing and supply from local and international sources.

Juan earned a BA in Economics (Honors) from Stanford University, in the US, and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
