Kevin Kornoelje leads Egon Zehnder’s U.S. Services Practice and its Transportation and Logistics segment, and he is also a member of the firm’s Industrial Practice. Leveraging his background in strategy and operations, Kevin is a trusted advisor to leadership teams and board members on a broad range of talent matters, including executive assessment and development, team effectiveness, and organizational design. He is actively engaged in the recruitment of senior executives across the C-suite, including general managers, supply chain leaders, financial officers, and legal services talent.


Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kevin was Chief Operating Officer at AON, where he led global operations and strategy for two of the organization’s business process outsourcing divisions. Previously, Kevin was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group where he advised Services and Industrial clients across a range of topics, including corporate strategy, M&A, business development, and supply chain.

Kevin earned a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He serves on the Junior Board of Special Olympics of Southern California.
