Lex McGraw serves as the Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder’s Atlanta office. He also leads the firm’s U.S. Consumer Financial Officers & Audit Chair Practice and co-leads the firm’s U.S. Restaurants and Franchise Practice. He works with public, private equity and family-owned businesses across a wide range of consumer and multi-site verticals.

Prior to Egon Zehnder, Lex spent 11 years at The Home Depot in a variety of roles, including Vice President of Finance and Director of Business Development. Most recently, he maintained financial responsibility for U.S. operations, including strategic planning, FP&A and capital management. Earlier in his tenure, he was an internal consultant focused on growth and operational improvement initiatives for the company. Previously, Lex was a Real Estate Investments Principal at Arcapita, where he sourced, evaluated, and managed real estate investments in healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and retail properties. He was also a consultant at Bain & Company and Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on strategy, operations improvement, and merger integration projects across a range of industries.
Lex graduated with highest honors from Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS degree and received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
