Based in Atlanta, Michaëlle Gocko is active across Egon Zehnder’s Industrial, Technology & Communications and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices. She is a valued advisor, applying her extensive experience as a global corporate leader, entrepreneur, marketer, and disruptive business strategist in emerging markets, energy and B2B digital industries.

Before becoming an Egon Zehnder consultant, Michaëlle cofounded Rise Up Conseils where she worked as a mindset and business coach, unlocking the potential of talented diverse francophones, especially women. Prior to this, she worked at General Electric (GE) where she held various regional and global commercial roles, developing strong expertise in B2B marketing, market development, partner ecosystem, innovation commercialization and customer satisfaction programs. Roles included Global Marketing Leader for the Power Partner Ecosystem at GE Digital, Global Service Channel Development Leader and Regional Sales & Marketing Manager at GE Power, spanning across Africa (Dakar & Accra) and the US (San Francisco & Atlanta).
Michaëlle earned a BS and an MS in management of social economics organizations from Le Mans Université (France), and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Michaëlle also belongs to the Chicago Booth Diversity & Inclusion Alumni Task Force. She and her husband have two young children and enjoy exploring Atlanta and its surroundings along with traveling internationally when not working.
