Kristina Busch, based in Berlin, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s global Unlocking Transformation practice. She focuses on top-team effectiveness, leadership development, and culture transformation, partnering with senior leaders across industries and geographies. As a faculty member, practitioner, and coach, Kristina designs and delivers large-scale, tailored leadership journeys for executives. Her work integrates disciplines such as horizontal and vertical development, adaptive leadership, systemic intelligence and organizational constellations — bringing a holistic, grounded and embodied approach to transformation.

Kristina began her career at Egon Zehnder over a decade ago in Germany, focusing on senior leadership appointments in the consumer goods and media sectors. She later played a key role in establishing the Leadership Advisory Services practice both locally and across Europe. Today she works across geographies and industry sectors.
Kristina holds a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maastricht. She is a certified Integral Development Coach and has completed advanced training in energy mastery, systemic intelligence, and transformational facilitation. Outside of work, Kristina is a dedicated practitioner of yoga and meditation and finds inspiration in dance, art, and travel – often exploring different cultures as a pathway for personal growth.

Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen auf Wirksamkeit von Top-Teams, der Entwicklung von Führungspersönlichkeiten sowie kulturellem Wandel. Dabei arbeitet sie mit Führungskräften unterschiedlicher Branchen und Regionen weltweit zusammen. Als Faculty, Praktikerin und Coach konzipiert und begleitet sie maßgeschneiderte, Programme zur Entwicklung tranformationaler Führung. In ihrer Arbeit integriert sie Ansätze wie horizontale und vertikale Entwicklung, Adaptive Leadership, Systemische Intelligenz und Organisationsaufstellungen – und verbindet diese zu einem ganzheitlichen, fundierten und zugleich verkörperten Ansatz von Transformation.
Kristina begann ihre Karriere vor über zehn Jahren bei Egon Zehnder in Deutschland mit einem Fokus auf die Besetzung von Führungspositionen in der Konsumgüter- und Medienbranche. Später spielte sie eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau des Bereichs „Leadership Advisory Services“ – sowohl lokal als auch auf europäischer Ebene. Heute ist sie branchen- und regionsübergreifend tätig.
Kristina hat einen Master of Science in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie sowie einen Bachelor of Science in Psychologie von der Universität Maastricht. Sie ist zertifizierte Integral Development Coach und hat weiterführende Ausbildungen in den Bereichen Energy Mastery, Systemische Intelligenz und Transformationsbegleitung absolviert. Außerhalb der Arbeit praktiziert Kristina intensiv Yoga und Meditation und findet Inspiration in Tanz, Kunst und Reisen – häufig mit dem Interesse, andere Kulturen als Impulsgeber für persönliche Entwicklung zu erleben.
