Daniel Lederer

Daniel Léderer is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Services practices. He draws on his international background, his entrepreneurial and managerial experience when advising private-equity-backed or family owned enterprises on executive recruitment, as well as leadership and talent development.

Building the leadership of tomorrow has always been the focus and key motivation of my professional life.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Daniel was Director of the Oxford Seed Fund, which invests in university affiliated start-ups. Daniel is the co-founder and former CEO of the Budapest based Milestone Institute and of several other education related spin-offs. He began his career in academic research and diplomacy and has lived in Berlin, London and Budapest.

Daniel has a degree in economics and international relations from the University of St Andrews, an MBA from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and spent a year at the University of Bonn in Germany.

Outside of work, Daniel is passionate about art and architecture, is an avid rower and sailor and enjoys spending time in the country-side.
