Helen Crowley, based in London, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology & Communications, Media & Entertainment, and Communications & Public Affairs practices. She focuses on talent and leadership issues, assisting with the appointment of executives and board members in some of the most digitally disrupted industries. She gets energy from understanding what makes great leaders in times of change.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Helen served as the VP for Customer Success at Socialbakers, a global social media analytics company, with responsibility for retaining and growing the customer base. Prior to that, she held the role of Director of Client Services at social media agency Techlightenment (now Alchemy, Experian), and was Chief of Staff at the IPG media agency, UM. Helen began her career as a Consultant for organization and people change at KPMG.
Helen earned an MA in music from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School. She is a classically trained musician and an enthusiastic yoga practitioner.
