Celiena Adcock, based in Los Angeles, is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Practice Group. With over 20 years of experience across a variety of industries, including marketing, advertising, and tech, alongside deep expertise in CPG, entertainment, and retail, Celiena focuses on understanding client and team motivations to anticipate business needs. Her consulting approach centers on supporting leaders through growth and transformation to build high-performing teams and drive collective success.
I’m drawn to Egon Zehnder’s people-centered approach and the belief that meaningful relationships matter more than hierarchy. In a time of profound technological change and human uncertainty, I’m inspired by helping develop the leaders that organizations need most.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Celiena built and led teams across some of the world’s most dynamic technology and consumer companies, including Meta, Honey/PayPal, DoorDash, and Uber. She began her career in brand management at Coors and Unilever.
Celiena holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver, where she also serves on the University Board, and a degree in Marketing from Colorado State University. Outside of work, she enjoys trying many different activities, including yoga, skiing, rock climbing, and poker, describing herself as a “student of many, master of none.
