Riccardo Rossini, based in Milan, is a global advisor to fashion, luxury goods, consumer goods, and retail clients. He consults on CEO and board succession, board effectiveness, and executive team performance. Riccardo has deep expertise in CMO searches and is active in Egon Zehnder’s Family Business Advisory.

We walk the path with clients in order to have a strategic and long-term impact on their businesses. I love sitting down with entrepreneurs to discuss how professional executives can help their businesses blossom and prosper.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Riccardo ran the Consumer Practice in Italy for Bain & Company, where he led business process reengineering, business development, and major reorganization projects across Europe. Previously, Riccardo was a Marketing Manager for S.C. Johnson Wax, Dannon Group, and 3M.

Riccardo earned an MA in business administration from SDA Bocconi University, in Milan, and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Outside of work, he is a former marathon runner who has taken up cycling and kitesurfing, which is why he can often be found on the beach with his wife and daughter.
