She brings extensive consulting experience across growth strategy, business transformation, and strategic planning, advising clients on market expansion, business planning, joint ventures, post-merger integration, and large-scale transformation. Vittoria combines analytical rigor with empathy and pragmatism, with a particular interest in helping organizations and leaders unlock their full potential.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Vittoria spent more than five years at McKinsey & Company, progressing from Business Analyst to Associate and advising clients across a range of industries on strategic and operational challenges. Earlier in her career, she gained experience through internships at Novartis and Eight Sleep. She began her career at McKinsey & Company.
Vittoria holds an MBA from London Business School, a Master of Science in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Università di Bologna. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, ballet, theater, wine, and cooking. Born and raised in Bologna, she is also a mentor with Mentors4U, supporting high-potential students with academic and professional decisions.
