Megan Trice is the Office Leader for Egon Zehnder’s Minneapolis office, which serves both Minneapolis and Saint Paul - and the broader Midwest region. In addition, she is a member of the firm’s Consumer Practice. Megan partners with clients in CEO succession, board advisory and the recruitment of board members and senior-level executives.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Megan was a cofounder and partner of Loom, a strategic consultancy that helped leaders and organizations navigate change, building strategies, systems, and skill sets. Prior to that, Megan worked at Target where she served in multiple roles across Merchandise Operations. Prior to that, she spent time in marketing at General Mills, leading cross-functional teams for a variety of brands. She began her career in financial services working for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York.
Megan earned a BSBA from Georgetown University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. While earning her undergraduate degree, she also spent a year studying at the London School of Economics & Political Science. She also earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. In addition, she has completed the Inner MBA conscious leadership program at MindfulNYU. Outside work, Megan enjoys traveling, cooking, reading a great book and spending time with her husband, Wes, and their two young children, Lucy and James.
