Grace joined Egon Zehnder in 2021, initially serving in research roles and later as Practice Specialist for the U.S. Services and Restaurant/Franchised Multi-Unit Practices, supporting a broad range of complex, senior level executive search and leadership advisory mandates. Earlier in her career, she worked at a boutique executive search firm specializing in higher education and nonprofit leadership.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hamilton College. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through squash, tennis, pickleball, and golf. As a lifelong foodie, she also loves cooking and exploring New York City through its culinary scene.
