Frédéric Lepoutre, based in Paris, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer, Media/Entertainment and Retail Practices where he is a trusted advisor to senior Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Digital leaders. He leverages his entrepreneurial mindset and proven talents in strategic thinking, problem solving, verbal and written communications, process management to provide genuine impact for his clients.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Frédéric was with Pernod Ricard in Paris, Shanghai and Hong Kong, where he held various senior positions in Strategy and Business Development, most recently as Delivery Director for Innovations. Before that he was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. Frédéric began his career as an account manager at TBWA.
Frédéric earned an MBA from the HEC Paris business school, majoring in strategic management. In addition to his native French, he is fluent in English and German. When not working, Frédéric is passionate about spending time with his wife and three children, traveling widely, playing tennis and skiing.
