Paul Fakhri, based in Paris and Lyon, has deep expertise in manufacturing, process industries, agro-industry, and building products. He is a trusted advisor on CEO succession and senior leadership development for midsize companies, entrepreneurs, family businesses, and private equity firms. Paul also works closely with several boards on governance issues. He is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial and Private Capital practices and is part of the firm’s Family Business Advisory Practice.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Paul was a Senior Manager with Accenture in Paris. Previously, Paul was a lean manufacturing and production management expert for Valeo Lighting in Italy and France.

Paul has a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, in Paris, and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs, also in Paris. He enjoys mountain trekking, skiing, and spending time with his four daughters.
