Within her Egon Zehnder career, Martina has become a trusted partner to clients from the Services, Consumer, and Technology industries. Apart from that, she developed a passion for supporting start-ups, Private Equity, and Family Businesses. She works across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Central and Eastern Europe to help clients solve their most pressing leadership challenges.

Martina started her career in finance with PwC and Telefonica O2. She spent a decade at Sodexo, first becoming CFO and later CEO of Sodexo Benefits and the Rewards Czech Republic and Slovakia. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Martina was the Neeco Group Executive, where she led a group of Czech start-ups, primarily in ICT and digital.
Passionate about people, themes of modern leadership, education, social responsibility, and digital, Martina is involved in organizations such as Business for Society and the Duke of Edinburgh Foundation. Outside of work, her interests include traveling with her family, meeting friends around the world, the Montessori educational system, and attending various cultural events.
