Dayana Aguillar is based in São Paulo and leads Egon Zehnder’s Services Practice in Brazil. She works closely with clients on leadership advisory, organizational transformation, and executive search. Bringing an operator’s perspective shaped by senior leadership experience, she combines depth with practicality to understand clients’ business challenges and translate insight into lasting impact.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Dayana was Vice President of Customer Success at Arco Educação, where she also held several leadership roles, including General Manager with full P&L responsibility, Director of Business Integration, and Director of New Ventures. Earlier in her career, she was at McKinsey & Company, where she led large-scale strategy and transformation engagements across industries, with a focus on digital and organizational performance.
Dayana holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Outside of work, she enjoys developing landscape design projects, running outdoors, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.
