Peter Bae, based in Seoul, is a consultant dedicated to executive search and leadership advisory, with a particular focus on CEO and board searches, leadership assessment, and development. He is active across Financial Services, Health, Private Capital, Industrial Services, and Technology practices. Bringing vast experience in corporate strategy and finance and a deep knowledge in semiconductors and related industries, Peter is driven by helping his clients achieve impact and growth through cohesive, high-performing leadership teams.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Peter held roles in corporate development at SK Inc., CJ Logistics, and Coupang, where he led strategic initiatives including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and wind-downs. At SK Inc., he also served as a board member of a consolidated subsidiary. Peter began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte in the United States.
Peter earned a Master of Accounting degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University. Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, including his twin sons, and continues to develop his swing as a golfer in progress.
