Catherine Jiang, based in Shanghai, supports both multinational and Chinese companies with executive search, succession planning and leadership development. She is also a valued advisor for helping clients optimize their organizational structures in response to new requirements posed by localization, globalization and digital transformation.

At the end of the day, it’s about people. I find it very rewarding to support clients and candidates on their journeys.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Catherine was the General Manager of Iovate China, a leading provider of sports nutrition and weight management products, created by Xiwang Foods after its purchase of Iovate Health Sciences International. She concurrently served as the Deputy General Manager of Xiwang Foods managing its post-acquisition integration and overall Iovate International performance. Before that, Catherine led P&G’s global business development practice in China; among other things, she initiated P&G’s e-commerce activities in China and helped the P&G-Teva health care joint venture expand into that country. Catherine launched her career as a brand marketer with P&G.

Catherine earned a BA and a Master’s of Law in International Relations from Renmin University of China. Outside work, she is passionate about diverse cultures (she spent a year traveling in Latin America), loves nature and sports, and greatly enjoys music, cooking and getting together with family and friends.



加入亿康先达之前,姜海英曾任奥威特中国公司(Iovate China)总经理(这是一家领先的运动营养品和减肥产品企业,由西王食品收购奥威特国际后创立),她在这一创业型的职位上负责打造中国区业务和组织。作为西王食品的副总经理,她还在西王食品收购奥威特后负责管理并购后整合工作,同时整体管理奥威特国际业务。此前,姜海英担任宝洁全球业务拓展中国部门领导人,负责公司业务拓展、并购、业务剥离和开放创新工作。在此期间,她成功在中国市场引入宝洁-梯瓦制药的保健品业务。姜海英也是宝洁中国电子商务部门的创立者,从业务提案开始成功打造了企业电子商务平台。职业早年,姜海英起步于宝洁品牌营销部门,此后积累了广泛的专业经验,覆盖品牌管理、零售、数字化业务、电子商务、业务拓展和综合管理等领域。
