Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Elias spent eight years at EQT, where he held Head of Business Development roles across both EQT Central and Private Capital, as well as the Global Performance platform. Earlier in his career, he was a strategy consultant at Connecta (later Acando), focusing on digital strategy and supporting large organizations in establishing Chief Digital Officer roles.
Elias holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm and is a certified Belbin team roles coach. Outside of work, he enjoys running, skiing, and outdoor activities with his wife and three children.
