Frank was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in Cologne before joining Egon Zehnder. He consulted on strategy development, digital business transformation, and category management with clients from Europe, Africa, and Australia. He began his career as a Project Manager at Bilfinger Berger Concessions in Sydney.
Frank has a diploma in business administration from Mannheim University and a PhD in business administration from the Institute for Marketing and Management of Leibniz University Hannover. An interior design aficionado, he is also passionate about football and wrote his doctoral thesis on the brand personalities of football clubs.
