Ayşe Güçlü Onur is a Senior Partner in Egon Zehnder’s New York office covering financial services, specifically commercial and consumer banking. Focused on creating deep advisory relationships, Ayse helps clients solve complex leadership matters. She is also among the firm’s globally experienced leadership advisors and coaches. She previously co-led Egon Zehnder’s global Learning & Development practice, helping shape the development pathways for consultants worldwide.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Ayşe set up and led BNP Paribas JV’s strategy and business development function in Istanbul. Before that she was a Strategy Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton in New York and London, where she advised a roster of financial services clients.
Ayşe earned an MBA from Duke University and a BA from Bogazici University in Istanbul. She cofounded ‘Yenidenbiz’, a social venture that helps talented women reenter the workforce after lengthy breaks. Ayşe also belongs to the European advisory board of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She lives in Brooklyn and is a proud mother of two.
