Change is my mantra. Helping companies navigate transformation and achieve their goals inspires me to give my best.

Before coming to Egon Zehnder, Philip was the CEO of Kellfri, a farming equipment sales company, transformed from a catalogue company to a digital on-line sales model, prior he was the CEO of a company specialized in packaging equipment and supplies, and before that he headed Emotron (automation and drive systems). All of these companies were undergoing a fundamental change process that included repositioning, restructuring, integration, and consolidation. Earlier, Philip held the role of CMO at Cardo, a global equipment manufacturer serving the water and wastewater industry that is now part of SULZER. He began his career as a management trainee at ABB and spent a total of seven years at that company, mainly in the field of utility automation. Philip has worked in both Sweden and the United States.

Philip earned an MBA at the Lund University School of Economics and Management. He also attended ABB’s executive training program at IMD, in Lausanne, and the Managing Global R&D and Innovation (IMOT) program of Chalmers University of Technology, in Gothenburg.
