Ricardo Weihmann, based in Mexico, is a senior advisor to multinational and regional clients in numerous industries. He is deeply experienced in CEO succession, board appointments, C-level executive searches, and executive assessment and development. He is active in Egon Zehnder’s CEO and Assessment and Development practices.
While developing close personal relationships with clients, candidates, and corporate leaders, I learn their stories, motivations, and aspirations, and try to find the best possible match between company and executive.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Ricardo was a Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where he led strategy and organization projects for clients in banking, industry, life sciences, and consumer goods. Earlier, he was Deputy Director of Administration for Mexico’s Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
Ricardo has a BA in economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and an MBA from London Business School. Outside of work, he frequently travels with his family in order to teach his children about different cultures and values.
