Artemio Garza, based in Miami, leads Egon Zehnder’ s Chief Communications Officers practice across North America and is a core member of the firm’s Technology and Chief Marketing Officers Practices. He is a trusted advisor to clients across the globe with a special focus on B2B marketing, CRM & Loyalty, Private Equity, and Digital Transformation. Artemio has a special passion for working with industry leaders and emerging disruptors and draws on 15+ years of marketing and communications experience to conduct executive and board searches, CEO succession planning, management assessments, and other leadership advisory services.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Artemio was the Chief Brand and Communications Officer at Driven Brands, an automotive aftermarket services provider with global brands that include MAACO, Meineke, Take 5 Oil Change, and CARSTAR. Before that, he was with Burger King Corporation in Miami as the Senior Marketing Director for Latin America and the Caribbean. He began his career as an analyst at Oliver Wyman.
Artemio earned a BA in economics and a BS in mechanical engineering from Stanford University, then an MBA from MIT. Outside his consulting work, he enjoys skiing and snowboarding in the mountains and loves animals. Artemio also recently opened a bakery-bistro with a childhood friend in Monterrey, Mexico, his hometown.
