Based in New York, Allison leads Egon Zehnder’s New York Banking & Markets Practice, where she focuses on investment banking, capital markets, and private capital. Within those markets, Allison leads Egon Zehnder’s Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance efforts as part of her personal dedication to responsible stewardship. With nearly two decades of experience spanning across leveraged finance, capital markets, principal investing and risk management, Allison brings a broad spectrum of knowledge within the space to advise clients in solving their critical talent needs.

I thrive on building and gaining the trust of my clients, and by extension, advising them on critical strategic decisions. And in my view, there is nothing more critical than the talent within an organization.

Before becoming a member of the Egon Zehnder team, Allison spent the bulk of her career at Goldman Sachs, where she worked in investment banking advising clients on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. She also held roles across the distressed and equities trading desks of the firm. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Allison began her investment banking career at Morgan Stanley and worked as an Associate at Vestar Capital Partners.

Allison earned a BA (Honors) in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Her twin passions for the environment and fitness inform her activities outside Egon Zehnder. Allison is the proud mother of two, with whom she enjoys traveling the world. She is a passionate skier, with a particular love for the backcountry. This dedication to living an active and healthy lifestyle drew her to an organization called Wellness in the Schools (WITS), where she serves as a Trustee and Treasurer. WITS is a national non-profit devoted to preventing obesity-related diseases in children.
