Andrea is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Media, Entertainment and Sports Practice and is based in our New York office. Working with both traditional and new media companies, she advises clients on organizational and senior leadership needs, especially around content creation, monetization and distribution. She is also a leader in the firm’s Social Sector practice where she works on CEO mandates for foundations and NGOs across sectors. Functionally, she focuses on General Management, Content and Legal positions.
What inspires me is helping people and organizations tap their true potential and bring about transformations.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Andrea spent eight years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company serving companies in the U.S. and abroad across multiple sectors with a focus on strategy, business-building and organizational effectiveness. Andrea was also a leader in the firm’s Nonprofit Practice working on foundation and NGO projects. Later in her career, Andrea built and ran a multi-state educational nonprofit organization in the U.S.
Andrea has a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an MSc in Educational Studies from Oxford University, and a B.A. in English from Princeton University
