Ty Gold is Egon Zehnder’s U.S. Sports Lead. He believes in the enduring power of sports to connect and entertain diverse groups in the face of an ever-evolving experiential and media landscape. Ty advises professional leagues, media platforms, and other sports-related organizations on a range of leadership issues. He also is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance practice.

Even the most successful organizations face new and formidable challenges every day. Our mission blends my passion for solving problems with the ability to positively influence society’s path in the years ahead.
