Based in New York, Jennifer Read is a member of Egon Zehnder’s Human Resources and Financial Services practices. She has deep expertise developing and executing human capital and talent management strategies.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jennifer was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where she partnered with a diverse range of clients to develop and implement organizational design initiatives, total reward strategies, succession planning road maps, and strategic talent alignment within their teams. She began her career in New York, recruiting and developing talent for analyst and associate-level financial services programs.
Jennifer has a BA from The George Washington University and a Master’s from the London School of Economics.
