Jennifer Read, based in the New York office, is a member of Egon Zehnder’s Health and Human Resources practices. She has deep expertise leading and developing human capital initiatives and talent management capabilities.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jennifer was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where she partnered with senior leadership teams to develop and deliver organizational design initiatives, succession planning roadmaps, best in class performance management practices, and the strategic alignment of talent within the business. She also held a regional role based in the United Kingdom, focused on compensation and total reward structures, with additional responsibilities collaborating on work council initiatives and mandates.
Jennifer has a BA from The George Washington University and a Master’s from the London School of Economics.
