Based in New York, Jennifer Read is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Human Resources practice with a particular focus on the financial services and technology industries. She has deep expertise developing, assessing and executing a variety of human capital and talent management strategies, and has partnered with a wide range of client groups and leadership teams during her tenure in the financial services sector.
Great talent is the foundation of every organization. Understanding, developing, and unlocking the potential of that talent is something I find incredibly rewarding.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jennifer was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where she developed and implemented organizational design initiatives, total reward strategies and succession planning road maps, in addition to the strategic alignment of talent for leaders and businesses within the organization. She began her career in New York, recruiting and developing talent for analyst and associate-level financial services programs.
Jennifer has a BA from The George Washington University and a Master’s from the London School of Economics.
