Leanne Arcinue, based in New York, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and Technology & Communications Practices with particular specializations in digital transformation, payment innovations, FinTech, and digital media. Her expertise in recruiting and assessing leadership talent for the digital space has made her a trusted advisor for helping clients in disruptive industries meet evolving talent management needs.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Leanne held the role of Division Director of Research and Product Development at Worldwide Business Research in New York, where she developed her interest in and passion for mobile payments and digital transformation. Before that she served as Operations Manager on the executive management team of eTelecare Global Solutions, the first call center in the Philippines, helping to build that company’s organizational structure and workforce planning strategies. Leanne began her career as a Program Manager at Citigroup, where she focused on developing and implementing leadership development programs in Asia Pacific.

Leanne earned a BA in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines, followed by graduate studies in industrial and organizational psychology. She completed a CSS in Business Administration and Management at Harvard University. She and her husband enjoy traveling and exploring the world’s wine regions. Leanne is proud of her Filipino heritage and sponsors several community impact charities in her home country.
