Lisa Zonino, based in New York, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services Practice, where she helps clients attract, retain, and develop capable leaders for C-suite roles. Lisa is a trusted advisor on talent strategy, conducts executive search and leadership assessment, and provides accelerated integration support to leaders transitioning to new roles. She is also part of the firm’s Human Resources and Risk Management practices.
I am passionate about helping my clients attract and develop leaders who are agile and can adapt to the continually changing mandates facing risk, compliance, legal, finance, and human resources leaders.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Lisa had a 25-year career in banking. She was the Chief Human Resources Officer at CIT Bank and held a number of senior roles in risk management at Morgan Stanley and Bankers Trust.
Lisa earned a BA in economics and psychology from Smith College and an MBA from New York University. She enjoys following how markets have changed and how leaders are addressing the threats posed by technology, globalization, cybercrime, and fraud.
