Nicole Tee, based in Singapore, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Private Equity and Leadership Advisory practices. She regularly supports clients across industries with executive, search, assessment, and development services and helps improve the effectiveness of boards.

I’m excited to help companies find the most talented executives and unlock their full potential.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Nicole was a senior investment advisor at Openspace Ventures, appraising early-stage investments in the agritech and consumer sectors. Before that, she served as the General Manager of Christie’s Southeast Asia. Nicole began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where she advised consumer and financial services clients in Asia Pacific on strategy, transformation, and sales and marketing and advanced to become an Associate Partner.

Nicole holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MPhil in finance from the University of Cambridge, and a BA in economics and statistics from the University of California at Berkeley. The mother of two young children, in her free time she enjoys spinning, Pilates, and sampling wines from less well-known regions.
