Duccio Alberti has deep experience in the automotive, industrial, and energy sectors. Based in Vienna, he is a senior advisor on transcultural issues and projects for family businesses. He is fluent in several languages, including German, and often works with clients in Austria and the German-speaking regions of Italy. During his many years with Egon Zehnder he has worked in Milan, Brussels, and Warsaw.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Duccio was a sales and marketing manager for Automotive and Rubber Blends with Pirelli Sistemi Antivibranti, serving clients in Western Europe. Earlier in his career, Duccio held several marketing roles at DuPont and General Electric Plastics. He was also a Product Line Manager for Noryl, focused on the automotive, computer, and electrical industries.
Duccio earned a BS in chemical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and an Executive MBA from Bocconi University in Milan. Duccio regularly lectures on topics related to strategic people management at the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan. His interests outside of work include architecture, history, and artificial intelligence.
