Development Planning

At Egon Zehnder, we believe that every executive can benefit from a development plan. That’s because, in order to achieve your long-term objectives — whether they are about self-improvement, professional advancement, or both — you need to understand the difference between where you are today and where you hope to be.  

To get there, we work with you to assess your current situation, using our own 360-degree and other personalized processes. The goal is to not only understand what that difference is between the real and the ideal, but also to get at the root cause of that difference. If it is situational or skills-based, we help you find the right resources, using our Senior Leadership Development process to facilitate execution. If that difference is more identity-based, we may recommend a coaching approach. Whatever the solution, we will partner with you for as long as it takes to find it. You will also be able to leverage our knowledge of possible interventions and our significant global network of leading-edge experts in the field of leadership development and transformation.
